POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Your art lesson will take place via recorded Zoom Meeting.

Zoom meeting credentials (Meeting ID and passcode) will be provided to enrolled students via email.
Please arrive for your Zoom meeting on time.
Parents/guardians are generally not required to attend Zoom Art Lessons with their student, but please facilitate the student joining the Zoom meeting each week to ensure their video and audio are working well. The instructor will reach out to you via email if your presence is required to ensure your student's success.

MATERIALS

All your student needs is a pencil and paper and a good erasure. If your student prefers to work digitally (i.e., using photoshop, illustrator, procreate, etc.) that's fine too, but please note that the instructor will not be able to provide each student with digital program assistance, so if your student chooses a digital medium, they should be competent in it's basic use.

ATTENDANCE AND MAKE-UP POLICY

Each client/group will be scheduled for a revolving appointment that occurs at the same time each week.
Students are asked to arrive on time and notify me via text at 707-688-2526 if late arrival is anticipated.
Group Lessons: Due to the nature of group lessons, make-ups will not be provided except in the case of instructor illness that requires cancelation. In the case of instructor illness, a make-up group lesson will be scheduled. The instructor will provide 14-days notice of the date/time for the group make-up lesson so that students can make necessary personal schedule changes to accommodate the make-up lesson.
There are no refunds/credits or make-up lessons provided for students who miss a group lesson.

ZOOM MEETING RECORDING

By registering for this class and joining the zoom meeting(s), I understand I am consenting to join a recorded meeting. I understand meetings are recorded for liability purposes only and will not be distributed.

REFUNDS/CANCELATIONS

Group lessons are non-refundable after payment is processed.
